- Subscription and payment information (processed by Stripe)
- Operations orders and planning documents you create or upload
- Military email addresses (.mil) for discount verification

- Authentication session cookies
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate the App and its features
- Process subscriptions via Stripe
- Generate AI-assisted orders via the Anthropic Claude API
- Verify military affiliation for discount pricing
- Send transactional emails via Resend
- Improve features based on usage patterns
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with service providers needed to operate the App: Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Netlify (hosting), OpenAI (speech-to-text).
5. Classification Warning
FiveLines is for UNCLASSIFIED use only. Do not enter classified, CUI, or FOUO information.
6. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL). Database storage uses Supabase with row-level security. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you promptly of any breach.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@fivelines.app.
