By using FiveLines, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

FiveLines is an AI-powered U.S. Army Operations Order (OPORD) generator for military officers, NCOs, and planning staff.

3. Subscriptions

• Officer Plan: $9.99/month
• Staff Plan: $24.99/month
• Unit Plan: $299/month
• Military Plan: $4.99/month (verified .mil email required)

Usage is counted upon order finalization. Subscriptions auto-renew. Refunds available within 7 days if no orders finalized.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload classified, CUI, or FOUO information
• Do not share account credentials
• Do not reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Do not use automated systems without authorization

You retain ownership of orders you create. The App and its features are owned by W4X Technologies LLC. Army doctrinal formats are U.S. Government public domain works.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” W4X TECHNOLOGIES LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Maryland law. Disputes resolved in Frederick County, Maryland courts.
